Offsite Selection Process
Step 1 - Meet with Aequalis Consulting to establish key business needs and define technical skills & personality fit.
Step 2 - Aequalis Consulting will source a minimum of 3 to 4 suitable candidates to fit your requirements
Step 3 - Finally, you will meet with shortlisted candidates for an initial 30 minute interview consecutively at our offices, receive immediate feedback and decide upon / arrange successful candidates final interviews
