Working Interview
Step 1 - Meet with Aequalis Consulting to establish key business needs and define technical skills & personality fit. Aequalis Consulting will select the best candidate for the job and send them to you for a “working interview”. The candidate will work with you up to 4 hours so you can assess their skills.
Step 2 - If you are satisfied with the candidate’s performance, they will remain on temporary assignment with you.
Step 3 - If you are not completely satisfied post interview just let us know and we will find a replacement. You will not be charged.
