Analyst - Infrastructure Assets

We’re partnering with a leading institutional fund manager to appoint an exceptional Analyst – Real Assets to join their Sydney-based team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing professional with strong financial modelling capability and genuine interest in infrastructure and property investments. You'll play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, supporting asset management initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing performance of a global real assets portfolio.

The Opportunity

As an Analyst, you will work across the full investment lifecycle – from acquisition and due diligence through to performance reporting and strategy. You’ll contribute to some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and property investments across key sectors including energy transition, digital infrastructure, estates, and transport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial modelling and valuation analysis for new investments and portfolio assets

• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution

• Preparing investment papers, presentations, and performance reports

• Assisting with portfolio research and strategy development

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Supporting asset management activities, including business planning and risk assessment

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, infrastructure funds, or property funds

• Strong technical financial modelling and Excel capability

• A sound understanding of infrastructure and/or real asset sectors

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant degree qualifications in finance, economics, commerce or a related field
