About the Role
Our client, a leading Renewable Energy company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's renewable energy projects, driving innovation and growth, and overseeing a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement renewable energy strategies, including solar, wind, and hydro projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Oversee project development, including site selection, permitting, and construction
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and contractors
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
