Due to continued growth an exceptional opportunity exists for a bid manager to join this expanding team. Working closely with the executive management team are you responsible for building a bid pipe line that will support the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth. You will develop transport, health, and government market, implementing a clear bid strategy, developing win themes and differentiators before, during and after the tender process. You will manage a team of bid writers, work closely with the commercial managers etc. whilst juggling all aspects of major bids, contract negotiation and transition. You will develop relationships with clients, industry bodies, government officials and political advisors both locally and in Asia. You will have overall autonomy to lead and develop the strategy for the bid / tender process.
To be successful you will have a proven track record of major wins and be able to demonstrate effective bid planning and management. You will already have built solid relationships within the health, defence or transport sector and can manage internal and external stakeholders.
