About the Role:
As a Bid Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end bid process, including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities and define winning strategies.
Analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and implement plans to ensure successful submissions.
Manage diverse teams of stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain reusable templates and best practices to streamline future bid processes.
Take ownership of submissions, ensuring compliance with governance and exceptional quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing complex bids, ideally within facilities management, property, or related industries.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.
Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field (preferred).
