Bid Manager – Drive Success Across Complex Projects

Aequalis Consulting is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join a growing team, supporting large-scale integrated projects across Australia. About the Role:

As a Bid Manager, you will:


  • Lead the end-to-end bid process, including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities and define winning strategies.

  • Analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and implement plans to ensure successful submissions.

  • Manage diverse teams of stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.

  • Develop and maintain reusable templates and best practices to streamline future bid processes.

  • Take ownership of submissions, ensuring compliance with governance and exceptional quality standards.


What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will have:


  • Proven experience managing complex bids, ideally within facilities management, property, or related industries.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive approach with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, property, or a related field (preferred).
