About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading pre-contracts strategy, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations for major infrastructure projects. Working closely with the bidding and procurement teams, you will develop robust commercial frameworks that enhance project viability and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-contracts strategy, shaping commercial frameworks for major tenders.
Negotiate contract terms, risk allocations, and pricing structures to maximize project success.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and bid teams to develop commercially sound proposals.
Identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks before project award.
Engage with clients, joint venture partners, and key stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in pre-contracts processes to enhance bid competitiveness.
About You
Extensive experience in commercial management and pre-contracts within major infrastructure, construction, or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement strategies, and risk assessment.
Proven ability to develop and negotiate high-value contracts in a competitive bidding environment.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of securing commercially favorable outcomes.
Relevant qualifications in law, business, finance, engineering, or contract management.
