About the Role
As a Commercial Manager, you will oversee commercial and contract structures for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring financial and strategic success. You will be responsible for procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, and financial oversight, while leading a team of commercial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract negotiation, procurement, and commercial strategy for major infrastructure projects.
Develop commercial models that optimize market engagement and drive value for money.
Oversee contract administration, risk management, and financial performance tracking.
Maintain competitive tension and commercial integrity across project transactions.
Provide strategic leadership to the procurement, commercial, and contracts team.
Support adjacent renewable energy and water infrastructure initiatives.
About You
Proven experience in commercial management within large-scale infrastructure, water, or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement models, and financial strategy.
Expertise in alliances, collaborative contracting, and commercial negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead teams.
Relevant qualifications in business, engineering, finance, or commercial management.
