This ASX Listed group has been involved in some of the most significant infrastructure projects. It combines specialist construction, advisory and contracting services to a range of sectors backed by a strong balance sheet and equally strong track record. As one of the leading participants in Infrastructure development, the pipeline of work is busy, not just formulating bids for new projects, but also in completing transactions that are underway as well as managing existing operating assets. With all of these activities applied to some of the largest and most complex projects in the country the organisation is well funded, managed and led to achieve continued success.
Supporting the executive management team your focus will be Greenfield infrastructure and renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for in depth financial analysis, producing financial models, investment screening and approvals, due diligence, bid submission and support dept arrangements and transactions. You will perform industry research and benchmarking assessments for capital projects, develop and maintain investment performance dashboards and present to the senior executive team and investment committees.
You will be tertiary qualified in Finance, Economics or Commerce with a post graduate commercial qualifications such as ACA, CPA or CFA. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial modelling with significant commercial acumen demonstrated by a track record of past successes measured by superior outcomes for all stakeholders.
