This ASX Listed well established group has been involved in some of the most significant infrastructure projects. It combines specialist construction, advisory and contracting services to a range of sectors backed by a strong balance sheet and equally strong track record. As one of the leading participants in Infrastructure PPP’s, the pipeline of work is busy, not just formulating bids for new projects, but also in completing transactions that are underway as well as managing existing operating assets. With all of these activities applied to some of the largest and most complex projects in the country the organisation is well funded, managed and led to achieve continued success.
With the growing number of PPP projects the team, with a new structure in place are now recruiting a newly created Project Finance Director role. Working with the senior leadership team across Technical, Commercial, Operations, Finance and Origination groups, the Project Finance Director will be responsible for maintaining an active SPV and be the conduit between all members of the various consortia including the Government stakeholders. The strategic aspects of the role will include assessing existing methodologies with recommendations in addition to exploring innovative ways of incorporating compatible technology solutions to complex deal structures. With responsibility for projects across all asset classes, Transport, Social and Economic Infrastructure, nationally the breadth of work is tremendous, bringing not just technical challenges but also resource management through the spiky transaction work that the market brings with it.
The successful candidates will require:
• Track record of success working on major PPP projects
• Track record of success working on major PPP project
• Detailed experience working alongside Government Agencies, Banks, Lawyers and Advisors
• Strong sales and business development acumen
