This ASX listed services company continue to expand on a local and global scale. The vast majority of growth has occurred because of their ability to deliver results and build long term partnerships with customers, extending the scope and scale of their contracts and winning new business. Due to this impressive pipeline opportunities now exist within their Sydney Head Office.
The payroll team are currently upgrading their systems, as a result they urgently require as strong payroll analyst to assist in the day to day running of a very busy department. You will be a critical member of a large team, the team pay in excess of 15,000 employees, due to the complex nature of this business there are in excess of 100 different awards. You will be responsible for QA testing using manual scenario from an expert user perspective. You will identify clients work flow process and make appropriate recommendation of enhancements, identify customer training needs and guide them through the parallel processes and the transition stage into live production. You will advocate feedback from customers, report enhancement requests and participate in change management discussions on product enhancements and features.
To be successful you will have several years experience working within a large / complex payroll environment, exposure to a large payroll system Preceda a distinct advantage. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a team that is truly valued both internal and externally.
