Due to continued expansion their payroll consulting division are looking to recruit exceptional payroll talent in their Sydney office.
Managing a small team between of 5 staff you will be responsible for managing & delegating the day to day running of national payroll team. Managing both a fortnightly and monthly payroll your team will be responsible for the delivery of all payroll activity, which requires expertise knowledge of payroll legislation, multiple awards and common law contracts. You will also be heavily involved in continuous improvements and change management processes. You will be heavily challenged in an environment where change is considered the operating norm.
To be successful in this role you will have managed a large complex payroll team through times of explosive growth. Exposure to Chris21 is highly regarded as is the ability to develop and mentor staff. You will have a strong worth ethic and enjoy all facets of leading and building teams, projects and transformation.
