This leading healthcare provider offer a broad range of health care needs ranging from simple day surgery to highly complex surgery saving the lives of thousands of Australians. The company is well respected throughout the healthcare industry and maintains an excellent record in hospital and patient care. Due to continued expansion several payroll opportunities now exist.
You will provide generalist advice and guidance where necessary and ensure department outcomes are effectively met within the business by the provision of a confident, efficient and credible payroll service. As the first point of contact for all pay related queries within the Centre you will be highly organised with well developed communication skills and a friendly nature. The documents and information the Payroll Officer handles are confidential, so it is essential that all payroll records are maintained, controlled, released and archived in accordance with company policy. You will assist in the accurate recording and monitoring of all employee leave including sick leave, absenteeism, annual, rostered time off and other leave.
To be successful you will have already worked within large and complex payroll teams, will have exceptional track record, with ability to influence and inspire. You will have the ability to work under pressure whilst juggling every changing priorities. This is an exceptional role working within one of Australia's most admired organisations.
