We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across the Asia-Pacific region for a leading global organization. This is a confidential role with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees across multiple countries, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll processes across various APAC countries, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, benefits, deductions, and other compensation components.
Compliance & Accuracy: Stay informed of and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements, maintaining precise payroll records for all employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate employee data for payroll processing.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient payroll systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, particularly within the APAC region.
Strong understanding of APAC payroll regulations and local labor laws.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in payroll systems, software, and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
