Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with extensive experience in payroll management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within payroll, preferably with expertise in the APAC region.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across APAC, with a proven track record of managing compliance in a multinational environment.

• Proficient in the use of advanced payroll systems and technologies, including MS Excel.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team across multiple geographic locations.
