Aequalis Consulting is looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join a forward-thinking company. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining payroll processing with HR administration. As the Payroll & HR Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll while also supporting HR with employee records, onboarding, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Process fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist HR with maintaining employee records, contracts, and onboarding processes.
Handle payroll-related queries and provide administrative support to HR.
Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with the finance team for month-end reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and employment regulations.
About You:
3+ years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
Strong understanding of payroll software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
