Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for your next leadership role? We are seeking a dynamic Payroll Team Leader to join a multi-site retail group with operations across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and drive payroll excellence in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and inspire a team of payroll professionals, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across multiple sites.

• Optimise Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies,and manage reporting requirements.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues and support business objectives.

• System Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of payroll systems, ensuring they are utilised effectively to support payroll operations.

• Proven experience in a payroll leadership role within a large, multi-site organization.
