  • Are you a Payroll Transformation Specialist looking for your next exciting challenge? We are seeking an expert to join a dynamic, multi-site Australian company undergoing a major transformation program.


    About the Role:

    • Transform & Optimise: Lead the transformation of payroll processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.

    • Drive Change: Implement and refine payroll systems to support the smooth running of payroll while identifying areas for improvement.

    • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team on payroll best practices and system enhancements.

    • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for payroll transformation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business goals.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new payroll processes.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Proven experience in leading payroll transformation projects, preferably within large, multi-site organizations.

    • Deep knowledge of payroll systems and best practices, with specific experience using Kronos highly desirable.

    • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive change in a complex environment.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
