The Opportunity

You'll work directly with business owners, executives and investors, helping them navigate growth, improve performance and make better commercial decisions.

This role goes well beyond compliance.

You'll be involved in advisory engagements, financial strategy, forecasting, cashflow management, business planning, transactions and commercial decision-making.

You'll also gain exposure to modern technologies and AI-enabled solutions that are transforming how finance and advisory services are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering business advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning engagements

• Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Assisting with business growth, performance improvement and strategic projects

• Leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency and client outcomes

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)

• Experience within Business Services, Business Advisory or Public Practice

• Strong technical accounting and tax capability

• Commercial mindset and genuine curiosity

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ambitious and looking for long-term career growth
