Finance Business Partner – Infrastructure | Brisbane

We’re seeking a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner to join a leading infrastructure business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operations, projects, and commercial teams to turn data into direction and insights into impact.
What you’ll do:
Partner with operations & head office to deliver real value, productivity insights, and risk management
Support tender submissions with financial modelling and commercial review
Guide business leaders on CapEx submissions, contract rates, and utilisation analysis
Build & manage cost code budgets in Jobpac
Deliver sharp FP&A analysis and ad hoc commercial projects
Provide financial clarity that empowers teams to make the right calls
What we’re looking for:
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FP&A and business partnering experience
Commercially astute, with the confidence to challenge and influence
Skilled in turning complex financial data into practical, actionable advice
Experience within infrastructure, construction, or major projects will set you apart
