What You'll Be Doing

• Advising clients on complex tax matters and strategic opportunities

• Building long-term relationships with business owners, investors and senior stakeholders

• Contributing to the growth and development of the tax practice

• Supporting and mentoring emerging talent

• Collaborating with advisory and finance leaders across the broader business

• Identifying new service opportunities and market needs

• Helping shape future service offerings and practice strategy

About You

• CA, CTA, CPA, Lawyer or equivalent professional qualification

• Senior leadership experience within public practice, professional services or specialist advisory environments

• Strong technical tax capability

• Commercial mindset and client-first approach

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships

• Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to help build something meaningful

• Existing network or market presence highly regarded
