We’re representing a tier-one renewables contractor delivering one of Australia’s most ambitious solar infrastructure programs. This is your chance to join a high-performing team driving clean energy projects that power communities and reshape the energy future.

The Role

You’ll oversee all electrical project delivery activities from mobilisation to commissioning across large-scale solar farms in regional Queensland. Working a FIFO roster from Brisbane, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and technically excellent outcomes across construction, installation, and grid connection phases.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate design reviews, electrical construction schedules and work packs.

• Oversee HV and LV installation, cable management, and QA documentation.

• Lead electrical teams and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals.

• Manage forecasting, reporting, and technical issue resolution.

• Support testing, commissioning, and grid compliance processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client-side teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer (or equivalent).

• 5+ years’ experience in solar, renewables, or major infrastructure delivery.

• Proven site delivery experience and understanding of HV/LV systems.

• Strong project coordination and leadership capability.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced site environments.
