About the Role

We are currently recruiting Field Supervisors to support Queensland-based gas projects delivering gas gathering and poly welding works through 2026.
These are FIFO, project-based roles on active energy infrastructure projects, with immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day field activities across gas gathering and poly welding works
Coordinate site crews and subcontractors
Ensure safety, quality and compliance standards are maintained
Liaise with construction and project teams to support delivery schedules
Provide practical, hands-on supervision in active field environments
About You
Proven experience as a Field Supervisor on gas, pipeline or energy projects
Strong understanding of poly welding and gas gathering activities
Comfortable working in FIFO and site-based environments
Strong safety focus and clear communication skills
Relevant tickets and site certifications
