Gathering Supervisor – CSG Infrastructure

We are currently seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisor to support active CSG field construction works across Queensland. This is a hands-on site-based role suited to someone who knows how CSG projects actually run in the field — not just on paper.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of CSG gathering infrastructure, including trenching, pipeline installation and associated field works. You’ll work closely with civil crews, welding teams and project management to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery across multiple workfronts.

This role is required urgently due to increased activity and recent team changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery of CSG gathering works

• Coordinate trenching, pipeline installation and workfront sequencing

• Manage crews, subcontractors and interfaces across active gas fields

• Ensure strong HSE leadership, compliance and site discipline

• Oversee quality outcomes and accurate site reporting

• Support planning, permits, procurement and daily look-aheads

• Maintain clear records, diaries and handover documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supervising CSG gathering or gas field construction

• Strong understanding of trenching, pipeline installation and field sequencing

• Experience running crews and managing multiple workfronts

• Solid HSE leadership and quality awareness

• Ability to operate confidently in remote FIFO environments

• Poly welding knowledge preferred, but not essential
