We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team working on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role will see you partner closely with project and commercial leaders to ensure financial accuracy, commercial compliance, and successful delivery of nation-shaping programs.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be the commercial point of truth — ensuring cost, contract and risk are managed with precision across major projects. You’ll balance detail with the bigger picture, safeguarding margins while supporting operational delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading cost planning, forecasting and monthly reporting.
Preparing budgets, BOQs and tender documentation.
Managing subcontract procurement, bid analysis and recommendations.
Administering variations, claims, and contractual entitlements.
Maintaining registers and commercial documentation to the highest standards.
Advising project managers on cost, risk and commercial strategies.
About You
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial/QS roles within energy, resources, utilities or large-scale infrastructure.
Strong understanding of contract frameworks (EPC, NEC, AS, or similar).
Skilled in financial modelling, reporting and analysis.
A confident communicator, negotiator and team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
