Civil Supervisor – CSG Lease Pads & Access Tracks

Permanent / FIFO Surat Basin | Attractive Salary | Major CSG Operator

We’re supporting a major CSG operator in the Surat Basin and are seeking two experienced Civil Supervisors to lead field crews delivering civil scopes across new and existing infrastructure.

If you’ve led civil crews across lease pad builds, access track construction, drainage, earthworks, HDPE interfaces or upstream CSG civils, this is an excellent long-term position in a stable and well-supported team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supervising daily civil construction across access tracks, lease pads, drainage, battering, grading, pad build & earthworks

• Setting up & running multiple work fronts including plant allocation & daily coordination

• Monitoring civil quality, compaction, subgrade, benching & reinstatement

• Managing civil contractors, machinery and multi-discipline crews

• Ensuring strong HSE performance, promoting safe decision-making onsite

• Completing daily reports, progress updates, ITP checks & field documentation

• Liaising with client reps, survey, engineering & construction managers

• Identifying issues early and keeping work moving efficiently and safely

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in CSG, Oil & Gas, or large-scale civil infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of CSG lease pad construction, access track builds, drainage & earthworks

• Demonstrated ability to run crews and plant safely & productively

• Confidence reading civil plans, survey set-outs, scopes & ITPs

• A track record of excellent documentation & record keeping

• Strong HSE leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
