Civil Supervisor – CSG Infrastructure Projects

The Opportunity
We are working with a leading contractor delivering CSG field infrastructure across Queensland, with an immediate requirement for experienced Civil Supervisors to support active and upcoming work programs.
This is a site-based, hands-on role focused on the delivery of access tracks, lease pads and associated civil infrastructure across gas field developments.
With strong project demand and continued growth, these roles offer immediate starts and ongoing continuity of work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the delivery of CSG civil infrastructure across multiple workfronts
Oversee construction of access tracks, lease pads and associated field infrastructure
Set up and manage workfronts, including planning, sequencing and resource allocation
Manage subcontractors and site crews to ensure safe and efficient delivery
Maintain strong HSE leadership and site discipline
Ensure quality outcomes, compliance and accurate site reporting / record keeping
Support procurement, materials coordination and daily lookahead planning
Interface with project teams, engineers and client representatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within CSG or major infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of access track construction and lease pad infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to set up workfronts, plan works and manage delivery
Experience managing crews, subcontractors and multiple workfronts
Solid understanding of HSE, QA and reporting requirements
Ability to operate confidently in FIFO and remote site environments
Experience in gas, mining or large-scale civil projects highly regarded
