Are you an experienced field leader who knows how a gathering network really comes together — trenching, HDPE, civils, tie-ins, testing, access tracks, lease pads, the lot?
We’re supporting a major CSG operator in the Surat Basin and are looking for a hands-on Gathering Supervisor to lead multi-discipline crews delivering gas & water pipeline installation across active well pads and gathering corridors.
If you’ve supervised HDPE crews, worked in CSG, or led gathering construction before — this is the role you’ve been waiting for.
What you’ll be doing
Supervising daily construction activities across gathering & water lines
Overseeing HDPE installation including trenching, stringing, lowering-in, and tie-ins
Coordinating civils, machinery, and subcontractors across multiple active work fronts
Ensuring quality against ITPs, welding logs, pressure testing & compliance standards
Managing safety, permits, JHAs, and daily pre-starts
Working closely with construction managers, schedulers and client reps
Leading crews to achieve targets safely and efficiently
Identifying issues early and keeping work moving without drama
You’ll be successful if you have
Experience supervising field crews in CSG, gathering, or HDPE pipeline projects
Strong understanding of PE100, HDPE installation, tie-ins, civils & access track works
Ability to drive productivity across shifting priorities and remote work fronts
Solid safety leadership and the confidence to set standards onsite
Tickets such as: RIW, WAH, Confined Space, HR licence, Excavator/Loader (bonus)
Backgrounds that fit include: Gathering Supervisor, Underground Services Supervisor, HDPE/Pipeline Supervisor, Area Supervisor, CSG Field Supervisor, Civil Supervisor (pipelines).
