Role Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced Gathering Supervisor to support coal seam gas (CSG) infrastructure delivery within major energy and natural resources projects across the Surat Basin. Reporting into an established project leadership team, this role plays a central part in ensuring field execution aligns with technical, safety and quality expectations.
As the key on-site supervisory lead, you will guide contractor groups to deliver day-to-day operations, resolve technical issues, and uphold project standards in a dynamic field environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a construction and supervision professional seeking to contribute to high-value energy infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site supervision of contractor and subcontractor activities to achieve design and technical standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and internal procedures.
Lead, coach and mentor field teams to foster a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Monitor resource allocation including labo
ur, equipment and materials to keep project delivery on schedule.
Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain accurate site documentation.
Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders to provide technical updates and align expectations.
About You:
Demonstrated experience (typically 5 years+) in site supervision within CSG, energy, infrastructure or similar environments.
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capability on field-based projects.
Proficiency in safety compliance, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
Ability to manage live work supervision, resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
