The Opportunity
We are working with a leading contractor delivering CSG field infrastructure across Queensland, with an immediate requirement for experienced Gathering Supervisors to support active and upcoming work programs.
This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone who understands how CSG gathering systems are delivered in the field — particularly trenching, pipeline installation and coordinating multiple workfronts across live gas environments.
With strong project demand and continued growth, these roles offer immediate starts and ongoing continuity of work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the delivery of CSG gathering infrastructure across multiple workfronts
Coordinate trenching, pipeline installation and feature construction
Set up and manage workfronts, including planning, sequencing and resource allocation
Oversee subcontractors and site crews to ensure safe, efficient delivery
Maintain strong HSE leadership and site discipline
Ensure quality outcomes, compliance and accurate site reporting / record keeping
Support procurement, materials coordination and daily lookahead planning
Interface with project teams, engineers and client representatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Gathering Supervisor within CSG projects
Strong knowledge of trenching and installation of features within CSG infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to set up workfronts, plan works and manage delivery
Experience managing crews, subcontractors and multiple workfronts
Solid understanding of HSE, QA and reporting requirements
Ability to operate confidently in FIFO and remote site environments
Poly welding knowledge advantageous but not essential
