The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Polywelder Supervisor to oversee welding activities across pipeline and gas infrastructure projects.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring welding works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality standards.
The Role
Supervising teams of polywelders on active project sites
Overseeing welding activities across pipeline construction works
Ensuring compliance with welding procedures, QA/QC and project specifications
Coordinating daily work plans and managing site priorities
Liaising with project teams to ensure delivery against schedule
About You
Strong experience as a Polywelder with leadership / supervisory experience
Proven background on pipeline, gas or civil infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of welding standards, QA/QC and compliance
Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity on site
Strong communication and organisational skills
