We’re recruiting a Senior Contract Administrator for a major infrastructure delivery program in Sydney. This role is for an experienced CA ready to step into a leadership position, driving commercial outcomes on projects that set the benchmark for the sector.

What You’ll Do:
Lead full contract administration from procurement through to delivery.
Manage subcontractor relationships, claims, variations, and reporting.
Guide and mentor junior CAs while setting the standard for commercial excellence.
Partner with project leadership to drive financial and contractual success.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ CA experience, ideally in infrastructure or complex construction.
Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage high-value contracts.
Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Jobpac experience strongly preferred.
