The Opportunity
A well-established and growing civil contractor is seeking Site Engineers to join their dynamic project teams across Queensland.
With a strong pipeline of work across civil infrastructure, mining, renewable energy and water projects, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to diverse, large-scale projects while developing your career in a supportive and high-performing environment.
The Role
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects, working closely with experienced project teams across all stages of delivery.
You will be involved in:
Supporting day-to-day project delivery and site operations
Assisting with planning, coordination and execution of works
Monitoring quality, safety and environmental compliance
Working with subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
Contributing to project documentation, reporting and cost control
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
This role offers the opportunity to work on a FIFO or DIDO roster, providing exposure to major projects while benefiting from structured time off.
About You
You are a motivated and career-driven engineer looking to build your experience across a range of civil projects.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
Experience or strong interest in civil construction projects
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
Willingness to work on FIFO or DIDO rosters
