Aequalis Consulting is recruiting an Analyst to join a highly regarded project consultancy working across some of Australia's most important property and social infrastructure sectors.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior industry leaders on projects spanning health, education, aged care, retirement living and complex property development.

This is an opportunity to learn how projects really happen.

Not from the sidelines.

What Will You Actually Do?

You'll be involved across the lifecycle of real projects—from the early thinking and planning through design, procurement, construction and completion.

One day you might be helping analyse project options.

The next, attending a design meeting, preparing information for a client decision, reviewing project risks or heading to site to see how the work is progressing.

You'll support experienced project leaders while gradually taking ownership of your own workstreams and responsibilities.

Your role could include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of complex property and infrastructure projects

• Researching and analysing project information

• Preparing reports, presentations and recommendations for clients

• Supporting project programmes, budgets and risk management

• Coordinating information across consultants and project teams

• Attending client, design and construction meetings

• Assisting with procurement and tender processes

• Tracking project progress and identifying emerging issues

• Visiting project sites and gaining practical exposure to construction delivery

Most importantly, you'll learn how good project managers think, communicate and make decisions.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious, commercially minded and genuinely interested in how the built environment comes together.

You may be a recent graduate.

You may have one or two years of experience.

Or perhaps you've started your career in construction, engineering, architecture, property or consulting and realised you want broader exposure to the entire project lifecycle.

Your degree might be in:

• Construction Management

• Engineering

• Architecture

• Property

• Project Management

• Business

• Or another relevant discipline

But your degree won't be the only thing that matters.

We're looking for someone who asks good questions.

Someone who can take a complicated problem and make sense of it.

Someone who communicates well, follows through and wants to understand the why—not just complete the task.

You'll be comfortable with numbers, confident working with people and willing to roll up your sleeves when something needs to get done.
