Role Overview
This opportunity sits within a well-established infrastructure advisory and transactions team supporting major transport, utilities and social infrastructure projects across Australia. The role focuses on the planning, procurement and commercial delivery of complex infrastructure investments, working closely with both government and private sector clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will lead transaction workstreams across end-to-end procurement processes, contributing to strategy, commercial structuring and delivery models. You will work alongside senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, providing clear, practical advice that supports critical investment and delivery decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead transaction management workstreams across major infrastructure projects, including EOI and RFP phases
Develop procurement strategies, commercial structures and delivery models across transport and infrastructure projects
Prepare and manage transaction documentation including EOI, RFT and evaluation frameworks
Provide commercial, financial and risk analysis to inform procurement and investment decisions
Support and lead client presentations, tender evaluations and negotiation processes
Coordinate multidisciplinary advisory inputs across legal, technical and financial workstreams
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal advisory capability development
Support client relationship management and contribute to ongoing advisory pipeline growth
About You
10+ years’ experience in infrastructure advisory, transaction management or commercial delivery
Demonstrated experience leading procurement processes for major infrastructure projects (typically $200M+)
Strong background in transport infrastructure, ideally with exposure to government clients such as TfNSW
Deep understanding of procurement strategy, contracting models and transaction structuring
Proven ability to develop high-quality transaction documentation and manage competitive procurement processes
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and guiding decision-making across complex projects
Tertiary qualification in business, economics, law, commerce, engineering or related discipline
Professional certifications or memberships supporting senior-level advisory capability
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
