Role Overview

This role sits within a leading infrastructure advisory environment supporting the planning and delivery of complex, high-profile capital programs across transport, social infrastructure, energy and major event-driven developments. The work is advisory-led, delivery-focused and deeply integrated with government and institutional stakeholders.

The position focuses on providing strategic, commercial and delivery advice across the full project lifecycle. You will contribute to business cases, investment decisions, delivery models, procurement strategies and governance frameworks, working alongside technical, legal and delivery teams to support confident decision-making and long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure advisory support across major capital programs and public infrastructure projects

• Lead or contribute to strategic and detailed business cases in line with Treasury and funding requirements

• Develop delivery models, procurement strategies and commercial frameworks

• Support investment decision-making through financial, economic and risk analysis

• Assist with program governance, assurance and delivery oversight

• Partner with client teams to manage complex stakeholder environments

• Prepare clear, high-quality briefing material for senior executives and governance forums

About You

• Background in infrastructure advisory, project advisory or major project delivery environments

• Experience working across transport, energy, social infrastructure or complex capital programs

• Strong capability in business case development, investment analysis and delivery strategy

• Understanding of procurement, contracting models and delivery risk in public sector contexts

• Confident communicator able to support senior stakeholders and executives

• Experience working with government agencies, delivery authorities or institutional clients
