We're partnering with one of Australia's leading infrastructure advisory teams to appoint a Senior Principal with deep expertise across transport infrastructure, procurement strategy and major project delivery.

This is an opportunity to help shape some of Australia's most significant transport programs, working alongside government agencies, institutional investors and major delivery partners from business case through to procurement, commercial close and delivery.

The Opportunity

You'll play a leading role in advising clients on the procurement, commercial and strategic delivery of nationally significant transport infrastructure.

Working across road, rail, metro, aviation and broader transport initiatives, you'll help clients navigate increasingly complex procurement environments while delivering commercially robust outcomes.

You'll lead major client engagements, mentor high-performing advisory teams and become a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders across government and the private sector.

Your Responsibilities

You'll provide leadership across:

• Procurement strategy for major transport infrastructure programs

• Commercial advisory throughout the project lifecycle

• Transaction management and procurement execution

• Business cases and investment decision support

• Contract strategy and commercial risk management

• Market engagement and tender evaluation

• Governance and assurance frameworks

• Client relationship management at Executive and Board level

• Team leadership, mentoring and business development

About You

You're already recognised as a senior infrastructure adviser with a reputation for delivering complex projects in demanding environments.

You'll likely bring experience from an infrastructure advisory consultancy, government agency, Tier 1 contractor or specialist commercial advisory practice.

You'll possess:

• Extensive experience advising on major transport infrastructure projects

• Deep expertise in procurement strategy and commercial advisory

• Experience managing complex procurement programs involving multi-million and multi-billion-dollar investments

• Strong knowledge of collaborative contracting models including PPP, Alliance, D&C and ECI

• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills

• Proven leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams

• A strong commercial mindset with the credibility to influence senior decision makers
