Role Overview
A global project advisory and delivery consultancy is expanding its Brisbane-based Property and Infrastructure team due to a strong forward pipeline of complex capital projects across Queensland.
This role suits an experienced Senior Project Manager with client-side delivery experience across property and infrastructure environments. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee commercial and programme outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to public and private asset owners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver complex property and infrastructure projects from planning through completion
Act as client-side Senior Project Manager on major capital works programs
Manage programme, cost, risk and governance across live projects
Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist advisors
Manage stakeholder engagement across public and private sector environments
Support work-winning activity and long-term client relationships
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability
About You
Degree qualified in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related discipline
8–12+ years’ experience delivering property and/or infrastructure projects
Background in client-side consultancy or asset owner representative roles
Experience across social infrastructure, health, commercial property, transport, aviation, water, energy or civil projects
Strong leadership capability with proven stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with a structured, delivery-focused approach
Comfortable working in complex, multi-interface project environments
