About the role:
This is a Contract Administrator role with a Brisbane-based construction and property business specialising in high-end, architecturally designed luxury homes. The role sits across live residential builds with a strong focus on detail, quality and commercial control.
The position is live due to a growing pipeline of premium projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams and consultants to keep contracts, costs and documentation running cleanly from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing contracts across high-end residential construction projects
Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontractor agreements
Handling variations, progress claims and cost tracking
Coordinating with project managers, site teams and external consultants
Maintaining accurate documentation and commercial reporting
Supporting projects through procurement to final account
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in construction
Background in high-end residential, bespoke or luxury builds preferred
Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and variations
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Brisbane-based or able to work from Brisbane full-time
