With a secure pipeline of residential work extending into 2026, the business is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support live project delivery. The role works closely with Project Managers and Directors and plays a key role in maintaining commercial control across multiple project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Contract administration across high-end residential construction projects
Preparation and management of contracts, variations and progress claims
Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
Procurement and subcontractor package administration
Consultant coordination and document control
Supporting project delivery from design through to completion
Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial governance
About You
Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator within property or construction
Exposure to high-end residential, boutique commercial or architecturally designed projects
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management
Experience working directly with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong commercial judgement
Comfortable operating in lean, high-accountability environments
