As Australia accelerates investment in large-scale infrastructure, social housing, and commercial development, the demand for exceptional project leadership is growing. Aequalis Consulting is seeking experienced
Project Directors and Client-Side Project Managers to drive delivery outcomes for a range of government agencies, private developers, and institutional investors.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-profile projects—urban precincts, transport infrastructure, public assets and commercial buildings—within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
You will be responsible for managing key project streams, facilitating stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects meet quality, time and cost objectives while contributing to the broader strategic goals of our clients.
Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership across all project phases from concept to completion
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders
Prepare project reporting, governance, procurement and contract administration
Manage risks, budgets and timeframes while driving high-performance outcomes
About you:
7–20+ years of experience in project leadership, client-side delivery, or advisory
Background in infrastructure, commercial property, or complex built environment projects
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Property
