We’re partnering with one of Melbourne’s most respected creative agencies to find an Accounts Payable Officer who wants the best of both worlds — meaningful work and the space to enjoy life outside of it. This is a part-time role (3 days/week) based in a buzzing, collaborative office filled with smart, down-to-earth people who genuinely enjoy what they do.
You’ll be supported by an exceptional finance leader (seriously — one of the best in the business), and become part of a culture that’s creative, inclusive, and genuinely values work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
Managing reconciliations and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and supporting audits
Collaborating with the broader finance team and agency staff to keep everything running smoothly
Lending a hand with other admin or finance tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Previous accounts payable experience (agency or professional services a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership
Good communication skills and a friendly, team-first approach
Comfort working autonomously and managing your own time
Availability to work 3 days per week in-office (Melbourne CBD)
