We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Contract Administrator to partner with project leadership on a high-profile, multi-year capital works program.

This role will suit someone who thrives on complexity, commercial rigour, and collaboration — managing major subcontract packages, supporting project delivery, and driving outcomes across one of NSW’s most ambitious programs of work.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in contract administration, ideally within utilities, water, infrastructure, or capital works environments.

• Demonstrated success managing subcontractor relationships and complex contract frameworks.

• Confident with contract negotiation, variations, and reporting.

• Commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and a drive to deliver outcomes, not just process.

• Experience with Jobpac, JDE, or equivalent project ERP systems highly regarded.
