About the Role
As a Commercial & Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of contract management, procurement strategy, and commercial risk mitigation across major infrastructure projects. You will lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with procurement models, and drive commercial success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement contracting strategies that support project success.
Lead procurement, contract negotiation, and commercial risk management.
Ensure value-for-money outcomes by maintaining commercial competitiveness.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
Oversee claims, variations, and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal teams.
Provide strategic leadership to procurement and contract teams.
About You
Proven experience in commercial and contract management within major infrastructure, water, transport, or civil projects.
Expertise in alliances, collaborative contracting, and procurement models.
Strong knowledge of contract law, risk mitigation, and financial structuring.
Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage high-value contracts.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications in business, law, engineering, or commercial management.
