We’re recruiting a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations across several critical rail and transport infrastructure projects in SEQ.
This role offers the best of both worlds: the long-term pipeline and career stability of Tier 1–aligned projects, without the bureaucracy. You’ll work across contract performance, forecasting, and risk, all while leading and mentoring a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading commercial governance across head and subcontract packages

Overseeing contract negotiations, variations, and claims
Mentoring CAs and SCAs across project teams
Supporting delivery and leadership teams with performance insights
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in commercial or contracts roles on infrastructure projects
Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
