We’re working with a leading civil contractor on a transformational water infrastructure project supporting the future growth of Western Sydney. As part of a long-term delivery team, we’re now looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator with strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of commercial processes.
This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, technically interesting program within a collaborative and experienced team.
What you’ll be doing:
Administer subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance and scope clarity
Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and progress claim submissions
Review contractual terms and support the commercial team in risk identification
Maintain accurate financial records, forecasts, and project documentation
Liaise with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to support smooth execution
Contribute to tender reviews and financial reporting as required
What we’re looking for:
Experience in civil construction, ideally on large-scale or public infrastructure projects
Understanding of head contracts and subcontractor management
Strong systems and financial admin skills (Excel, Jobpac/Cheops a bonus)
Excellent organisation and communication abilities
A proactive mindset and ability to work across multiple work fronts
Valid driver’s licence
