This well-regarded civil contractor has a strong pipeline of road and transport corridor upgrades across Sydney and regional NSW — and they’re looking to expand their commercial team. As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll support the successful delivery of major road upgrade packages while working within a collaborative and well-structured team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts for large-scale roadworks, structures, and drainage projects
Support cost tracking, progress claims, and subcontractor invoicing
Review scopes, assess variations, and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks
Prepare reports and assist in procurement and financial forecasting
Contribute to a proactive, performance-driven commercial culture
What We’re Looking For:
Civil construction experience, ideally in roads, highways, or bulk earthworks
Understanding of head contracts and downstream administration
Experience working with cost systems (Jobpac/Cheops ideal)
Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills
A collaborative mindset with commercial curiosity
