Our client is a major player in the transport infrastructure sector — known for their role in delivering some of NSW’s most visible and complex transport upgrades. As they ramp up delivery on a suite of road and rail interchange projects, they’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and administer subcontracts and supplier agreements
Support the preparation of monthly claims, cost reports, and financial reconciliations
Assist with procurement, contract reviews, and tender comparisons
Monitor contract timelines, key risks, and compliance requirements
Work closely with delivery teams to track performance and manage change
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years' experience in contract administration or infrastructure commercial support
Prior exposure to rail, roads, or civil transport projects
Sound understanding of project timelines, construction law, and subcontractor processes
Tech-savvy with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and a solutions-focused approach
