We’re partnering with a well-established, privately-owned property group with a strong footprint in Brisbane. Known for delivering high-quality residential, retail, commercial, and industrial projects, they offer an end-to-end development and construction model backed by long-term strategic investment.

As their project pipeline continues to grow, they’re seeking a Senior Estimator to join their collaborative team at their head office.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a client-side estimation role with visibility across concept, design, delivery, and asset management. You’ll contribute to shaping feasibilities, driving cost planning accuracy, and influencing successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates across mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Coordinate with project managers, development, and construction teams to ensure accurate pricing

• Participate in bid reviews and negotiations

• Conduct site inspections and risk evaluations

• Stay up to date on construction costs, methods, and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction estimation – ideally with a builder or developer

• Strong skills in estimation software and cost planning tools

• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of construction methodology and buildability

• Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar

• A proactive, commercially minded approach
