What You’ll Do:

• Process payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.

• Audit and manage superannuation, tax, and deductions, including student loans, child support and PAYE.

• Provide first-class customer service, resolving payroll queries efficiently.

• Support a culture of continuous learning by mentoring payroll team members.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience in high-volume environments.

• Strong knowledge of Modern Awards, particularly within the technology and logistics sectors.

• Proficiency in ADP systems (Payforce, Kronos) is highly regarded.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
